As of January 10, 2023, there is a new report in Cognos, R-397 - GT eForms Transactions, which reports on GT eForms that have been submitted by a location.
When running the report, you can filter for forms by the following parameters:

Beginning October 12, UCPath will introduce virtual agents to their phone services. The virtual agents will have the ability to answer some common questions. Over time the virtual agents will continue to be updated to handle a broader range of questions.
Employees calling UCPath will experience the following:
