UCPath Online gives employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to UC employment information based on their role. Through Manager Self-Service, a manager/supervisor may view their direct reports data including absence balances, compensation history, and current team profiles.

Benefits Issue Escalations

People & Culture has shared the Benefits Escalation Path to increase transparency and clarify how benefits issues are escalated, beginning here at Berkeley, and moving on to the UCPath Center if necessary.


Employee Leave Accrual Balances

Need guidance on how to check the balances of your direct reports and/or their subordinates? Review the Manager Self Service - Employee Accrual Balances guide.

You can also find employees nearing their maximum vacation accrual balance using the R-022 Cognos report.


Tracker I-9

Tracker I-9 is the online tool for UC's to manage and increase compliance of the Federal I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form.

Cal Gov. Code § 3558 - Work Location Reporting Requirement for Represented Employees

Under California Government Code § 3558, UC is required to regularly share accurate employee and contact information for represented staff with Unions.
