As of January 10, 2023, there is a new report in Cognos, R-397 - GT eForms Transactions, which reports on GT eForms that have been submitted by a location.
When running the report, you can filter for forms by the following parameters:
- Submission date range
- Forms submitted for or by an employee
- Form type
- Originator ID
- Employee ID
The report includes the following fields:
- Form Type
- Form ID
- Form Status
- For Status Description
- Originator ID
- Originator Name
- Original Date
- Last Updated By ID
- Last Updated By Name
- Last Update Date (DTTM)
- Employee ID
- Employee Name
- Request Explanation
- Comments
The R-397 can be found in the Workforce Administration folder in Cognos.
