  • Emails to ucpath@universityofcalifornia.edu, without a case number and reference number in the subject line, generate a new case create a new inquiry with "email" as the source. A number of cases have been opened in this way, which causes significant extra work to re-structure the case especially if the transactor has Submit on Behalf of (SOBO) access.

    Did you know:When making changes to position or job, users should ensure the pay and compensation “frequency” fields are aligned to avoid negative downstream impacts
    Pay frequency and compensation frequency are on the “Job Data” page in PayPath

    Pay Frequency is used to calculate the overall compensation rate for pay.

    As 2021 comes to a close, here are some important reminders and announcements related to your pay, taxes, and benefits -- some that may require action. Read closely and mark your calendar for upcoming deadlines. For your reference, this information is also available on UCnet.

    As of 12/13/2021, 3,994 UCB job records in UCPath have an upcoming end date of 12/31/2021. Of these, 3,642 records are set to automatically terminate in the system. 

    To avoid unintended impacts to employees, such as termination, pay discrepancies, loss of benefits, system access interruptions, or overpayments, additional actions may need to be taken.

    Noticed anything different when you login to UCPath lately? Perhaps you have noticed that the Oops error is no longer appearing when you login.
