UCPath identified an issue affecting the display of year-to-date (YTD) balances on employee pay statements for the biweekly pay period ending January 6, 2024.
Impact
Employees may notice negative YTD earnings totals on their pay statements. This issue is limited to the display of information and does not affect actual earnings or hours worked.
Due to recent phishing attempts, UCPath is introducing a new security measure to enhance the protection of employee information.
UCPath will send email notifications to employees whose direct deposit information has been updated as a proactive measure to safeguard employee data.
Email Content Overview
The email will confirm their recent direct deposit changes and provide contact instructions if the employee did not authorize the change.
Action Required
We wanted to inform you that there have been delays in the updates of Lived Names from UCPath to Berkeley over the weekend. As a result, it may take a few days for your name data from UCPath to be displayed accurately in the campus directory or in campus applications like bMail.
