The Ask UCPath Help Site provides various resources to help you answer your questions about UCPath, such as updating your home address, accessing your W-2, and where you can view and submit an inquiry to the UCPath Center.

If your issue can’t be resolved locally by your HR or Payroll team, you may need to submit a case to the UCPath Center.
The UCPath Center, based in Riverside, serves all UC campuses and handles systemwide transactions. UC Berkeley also has a dedicated liaison who partners with our UCPath Operations team to support issue resolution and process improvements. When needed, you can submit a case directly to the UCPath Center.
