Update Direct Deposit(PDF file)
Enrolling in direct deposit means you'll receive your pay faster and more securely. You can elect up to three direct deposit accounts. Only one change can be made per 24-hour period.
Enroll in UCPath Self-Service: Income and Taxes > Direct Deposit.
Although information is saved immediately, UCPath must verify it with your bank. You may receive a paper paycheck while verification occurs.
If you don’t use direct deposit, consider enrolling in a Personalized Pay Card.

UC employees can access their W-2 statements online, typically in late January for the prior year.
W-2s for 2019 and prior are available in At Your Service Online (AYSO).
1095 forms are for your records only. Berkeley employees receive them by mail. Learn more about 1095 forms.
For nonresident employees, your 1042-S form is available through GLACIER. You may receive more than one if you received different types of payments.
