Once you have completed the Introduction to UCPath, you may continue to the Position Management courses.
Courses listed as Required for all users are required for Position Management Initiator, Approver, and Inquiry (view-only) roles. All courses specify which roles they are required for.
PHCMWFA100: Employee Data InquiryWeb-Based Training, 30 minutes Required for all users This course provides an overview of how employee data is stored in UCPath and how to view employee information. This course teaches users how to locate employee data pages and components, and how to use the various pages and components to view employee information in UCPath. |
PHCMWFA110: WFA OverviewWeb-Based Training, 45 minutes Required for Initiators and Approvers This course provides an overview of the UCPath Workforce Administration (WFA) module, introduces the UCPath template, PayPath, and Extended Leaves of Absence transaction processes, and provides a review of the Employee Lifecycle. |
PHCMWFAL300: Position Management/Position ControlInstructor-Led Training through Zoom, 3 hours Required for Initiators Take this course if you will be initiating position control requests and inquiries on position data. |
PHCMWFAL301: Position Administrator** NOT for Campus Units, for Central Position Administrators only Web-Based Training, 30 minutes Required for Initiators and Approvers This course reviews the tasks completed by Position Administrators using Position Management. It provides hands-on practice on how to create new positions and update existing positions. The course explains the UCPath pages and roles responsible for Position Updates and describes the tasks completed by the Position Administrator using Position Management. |
