As of today, Monday, May 6, 2024, UCPath Center has changed the "Submit an Inquiry" process to make it easier and speed issue resolution. Employees will no longer be required to manually select a topic and category when submitting an inquiry via Ask UCPath.

Beginning May 6, the process for opening a case in Ask UCPath will be changing to make it easier for employees to open cases and ask questions to the UCPC. Here is a brief video showing the changes.
