Improve UCPath Self-Service Demo Video - from 07/10/2025

Overview
On Monday, July 14th, 2025, UCPath will launch a new user interface designed to improve your overall experience.
When you log into UCPath online to view your paycheck, check your accrual balances, or open the PeopleSoft Homepage to transact, you will notice a new look and feel. UC Berkeley has been collaborating with UCPath and other UC locations to test and implement these updates, which aim to help you quickly access the information you need. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the launch!
Goals
The project aims to enhance user experience by reducing usability gaps, transitioning self-service functionality to Fluid, and implementing a new benefits enrollment system with online confirmation statements.

When will this change happen?
The UCPath Portal will be updated with a new look and feel July 21, 2025*.

What is changing?

Menu navigation shifts from the left-hand side to a top-level menu.

Employees will see pages and resources grouped by:

Personal Information
-
Income & Taxes
-
Benefits & Retirement
-
Accruals & Leaves
-
Managers and Supervisors can access employee information with the Manager Hub.

Transactors can access additional forms and resources with the Transactor Hub.
Why is this change happening?
This change allows UCPath to reduce usability gaps and sets up the system to be updated and enhanced in the future.
Will logging in change?
No, your login will still be same and the url to access will still be ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu.
Will we still have security questions?
Yes, security questions will still be used to ensure your data is secure in UCPath. You do not need to set up security questions again.
