The UCPath Operations team recently created three job aids to help support transactional users.
- Walks through how to submit one-time and recurring additional pay through PayPath or through the Additional Pay area of UCPath.
Review Recurring Additional Pay
- Step-by-step instructions on how to review recurring additional pay.
- Walks through the various accrual types that can be used to enter transactions in the Manage Accrual module; if the entry category will impact accruals, pay or both; and the implications of entering a positive/negative hour amount for the specific accrual type.
- For example, "Other" is used to adjust FML balances. This does not pay out, but when a positive hour is entered with this type, the FML balance will increase - this could be used if an employee's hours were double-decremented and you wanted to increase the employees FML balance back to the appropriate amount.
