You can find your W-2 in the Former Employee Portal. 

• Timing: W2s will be provided by UCPath Center by January 31st.
• Please note that W-2 statements from 2019 and prior years can be found in At Your Service Online (AYSO) if you were enrolled to receive the form electronically.
