Open Enrollment 2021

Open Enrollment 8AM Oct 29 - 5PM Nov 24

Open Enrollment (OE) 2021 is from 8am on October 29 to 5pm on November 24, 2020. OE is supported by the People & Culture Benefits team, and more information is available on the People & Culture website. 

There are a few things you can do to prepare for Open Enrollment:

  1. Log in to UCPath before Open Enrollment begins, and make sure you have your security questions set up (CalNet authentication required). If you need assistance for any reason, you'll be able to get in touch with the UCPath Center before the busy Open Enrollment period starts.
  2. Plan to beat the rush! Last year, 43% of enrollments took place in the final two days. Plan to make your selections early in the Open Enrollment period so you have time to get questions answered or issues resolved.
  3. For new employees, or employees who just want a refresher, watch a live UCPath demo that covers how to access and navigate UCPath, and reviews some of the many self-service functions for employees.
