W-2 Statements Now Available Online
Effective January 27, 2023 Employees may access their 2022 W-2 statements online.
- Employees who opted for an electronic version of their W-2 have received an email notification that their W-2 is available.
- Employees who did not opt-in for an electronic version may still access their W-2 on UCPath and a printed W-2 will be mailed to the home address listed in UCPath no later than January 31, 2023.
To access your W-2, go to UCPath online. In the Income and Taxes dashboard, click on the View Online W-2/W-2C link. If you have questions (or get questions from employees) about W2's please contact the UCPath center.
Change and Enhancements
2023 Salary Cap Rates
Effective January 1st 2023 salary cap rates for grants and cooperative agreements have been updated to comply with the agency’s current guidance.
In Case You Missed It
Virtual Agents
Employees calling UCPath will experience the following:
- Callers, after authenticating their identity, will be greeted by a virtual agent.
- The virtual agent will be able to answer some common questions dealing with W2s, paychecks, vacation and sick accruals, direct deposit, employment verification and Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms.
- Callers will still hear the average wait time while waiting to speak with an agent.
