PHCMNAV105: Basics and Navigation

Required for Inquiry users

This online training is a prerequisite course for users who perform transactions beyond self-service.

It provides an overview of all standard UCPath functionality including:

  • How to navigate UCPath

  • An overview of the available field types and data entry methods

  • Information on how to access the UCPath Help site

PHCMNAV108: Cognos Reports 

Web-Based Training, 30 minutes

Required for Inquiry users

This course introduces Cognos report consumers to the basic layout and navigation of Cognos reports for UCPath, including accessing and running a report, scheduling a report, viewing report output, saving report output, and exporting report output to Excel. This course teaches users:

  • How to access Cognos from the UCPath portal
  • How to browse for reports
  • How to run reports and navigate report results
  • How to manage report outputs and schedule reports

PHCMWFA110: WFA Overview 

Web-Based Training, 45 minutes

Required for Inquiry users

This course provides an overview of the UCPath Workforce Administration (WFA) module, introduces the UCPath template, PayPath, and Extended Leaves of Absence transaction processes, and provides a review of the Employee Lifecycle.

PHCMWFA100: Employee Data Inquiry 

Web-Based Training, 30 minutes

Required for Inquiry users

This course provides an overview of how employee data is stored in UCPath and how to view employee information. This course teaches users how to locate employee data pages and components, and how to use the various pages and components to view employee information in UCPath.
