Google Chrome updates may cause error message

Google began releasing updates to the Google Chrome browser on July 14, 2020 (expected completion by September 1, 2020). The updates will affect Google Chrome across all major platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS).

If you use Google Chrome, you may encounter the following error message while accessing UCPath applications (including UCPath Online, Salesforce, ServiceNow, TnT Jira). 

Text reads "Oops. There was an issue processing your login. Please try again. If you've tried logging in multiple times and continue to receive this message, please contact your location's desktop support provider. We apologize for the inconvenience."

If you encounter this error message, you can do either of the following:

  • Access UCPath from a different internet browser


  1. Retry the UCPath application by manually entering the URL (example: into the web browser or using your browser history
  2. Navigating again to the URL will allow access to the application after the failed attempt

If the error message persists (after taking the above action), contact UCPath by visiting UCPath Online using an internet browser other than Google Chrome, and click on “Ask UCPath Center” to submit an inquiry.
