Did You Know?

  • Currently, all UC Berkeley employees receive an email notification on payday, stating the electronic statement is available. After UCPath Go-Live, employees will no longer receive an email confirmation of deposit from UC Berkeley. Read More
  • After UCPath Go-Live, paper paychecks will no longer be available for pick up on campus. Instead, all paper paychecks are mailed to an employee’s designated home address via U.S. Mail on payday if they have not enrolled in direct deposit.

How to Engage Now

  • A UCPath Readiness survey was sent to all UC Berkeley employees on November 21, 2019. Friday, December 7th is the last day to provide your invaluable feedback. Take the survey now and help us prepare for the transition to UCPath.

What to Communicate

  • Payroll deduction data from the Payroll & Personnel System (PPS) will not get converted into the UCPath system. Consequently, UCPath does not recognize credit union "deductions" (e.g. mortgage payments, car payments) that are already in place. Read More
  • If you currently receive a paper paycheck, your UCPath paycheck will be mailed on payday to your home address on file by U.S. Mail on payday (arrival after payday) when the UCPath system goes "live." Consider direct deposit if you're not currently enrolled today.
